Please note returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Capital Watches official website. Warranty claims will require a proof of purchase, including watches that have been gifted.

What does the warranty cover?
Your warranty covers mechanism, case and strap. It does not cover scratches, defects of internal or external components due to contact with water or moisture, accidental damage or normal wear and tear. The warranty will be voided in the case a third party performed repair works or other works on the watch without prior consent from Capital Watches.

How long is the Warranty Period?
12 Months from the date of receipt.

Freight 

Capital Watches will pay freight on all approved Warranty claims.
