REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your Capital Watches online purchase, simply return it to us following the correct procedure below within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you an exchange or full refund for the product, as long as it meets the following conditions;
All Products must be returned to us in an unused condition and packed safely for shipping. The item has not been worn, marked, used or damaged, and includes all tags (including packaging (unless faulty)) If you are wanting to exchange or return boxed or packaged goods, they must be returned to us in the original unmarked packaging & in good condition. Please ensure you pack goods inside a satchel and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
The item must have been purchased through the official Capital Watches Website only (purchases through other non-official online retailers will not be accepted).
You must have requested your Return Authorisation using the online form below, within 30 days of receiving your goods.
If you meet the above criteria and you would like to return or exchange a product to us please follow the instructions below.
If you made a user error resulting in the wrong choice of Product selected, or suffered a change in mind or otherwise, a 25% restocking fee from the purchase price (including delivery charges) will be charged to you. The charges are non-refundable.
To protect you/us from loss or damage, all Authorised Returns must be sent via registered post with a tracking number assigned to the shipment and the tracking number must be provided to Capital Watches via email to: email@example.com for record keeping and traceability purposes.
Products returned without a valid Return Authorisation Number will be rejected and returned to you at your own cost and will also incur a handling fee of 15% of the purchase price of the Product(s).
If the Product you receive is faulty, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.

You have 30 days from the receipt of the faulty Product to return the Product to Capital Watches. Any claims outside the 30 day period will be deemed null and void.
Subject to our obligations under Australian law and our right to simply repair the Product, the Company will give you the option to choose between the replacement of the Product or a full refund of the purchase price of the Product(s).
If the Product you received is not what is on your order email, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our Customer Service Department at +61 456 745 678 and we will then advise you on how to proceed.
You have 30 days from the receipt of the incorrect Product to return it to the Return Address. Any claims outside the 30 day period will be deemed null and void.
Subject to our obligations under Australian law, the Company will give you the option to choose between the replacement of the Product or a full refund of the purchase price of the Product.
Right to cancel your Order
Any request to cancel your order will be considered at the Capital Watches sole discretion. If you wish to cancel an order you must make the request in writing and agree to pay an amount equal to all costs incurred by Capital Watches in the preparation and delivery of the order, including any deemed cancellation fees.
Any decision by the Company is deemed final and accepted by you in its entirety.
